Returns

Sales at zonkeytoys.com are final. Many of the products we sell are collectible, some are vintage, made in limited runs, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is significant damage. You may find slight variations or blemishes with your product, this is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Slight imperfections are typical and, in fact, often enhance the value.

However if your merchandise has significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll happily exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. There is an exception to our return policy, merchandise denoted as a "Blind Box" may not be returned.

You must contact Zonkey Toys within TEN (10) DAYS of the receipt of shipment in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting Zonkey Toys in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to info@zonkeytoys.com. Within 48 hours, a Zonkey Toys Customer Support Representative will evaluate your return request and contact you Please note: Zonkey Toys will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging with all the accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item included. If your return does not meet these conditions, you will be charged a 15% or $15 re-stocking fee, whichever is greater, or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

ZonkeyToys.com only accepts returns for damaged items purchased at ZonkeyToys.com. To return or exchange an item purchased at our Zonkey Toys retail store, please visit the store and make your exchange there.
